Cancellations
Peak season: Cancellations within 90 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
High season: Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Mid & low season: Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Mid Season
01.09.2026 – 15.04.2027 (excluding High Season dates)

High Season
01.10.2026 – 30.11.2026, 01.02.2027 – 19.03.2027, 30.03.2027 – 15.04.2027
Peak I Season 23.12.2026 – 04.01.2027 Minimum 2-night stay
Peak II Season 20.03.2027 – 29.03.2027 Minimum 2-night stay

Weekend Stay Requirement
January, February, March, April, October, November Minimum 2- night stay on weekends

Additional Terms & Conditions
• No Refunds: No refunds for noshows or unused days from early check-out.
• Force Majeure: If affected by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters or government travel advisories), you can choose between a refund (including non-refundable deposit) or changing your dates (subject to availability).
